Reserve from the hide Grand Affut
An isolated reserve in departement Creuse (23), 5 kms east of Gouzon. The reserve has two nearby etangs Etang de la Bastide and Etang de Tete de Boeuf, both within the same Natura 2000 block as Etang des Landes. A 7km long track (non-drivable) goes around the Etang des Landes, giving access to several viewpoints, including the Grand Affut hide. Photography is limited by the distance from the etang, and a scope is essential
